Return conditions

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order.

Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel/return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

How can I return my order?

Complete our returns form and choose your preferred shipping method.

You received the returns form with your order.

Register your return at returns@linnieswebshop.nl, stating your order number and what you are returning (you will not receive a response). Once you have done this, you can return your package to us. Please note: if your return has not been registered, your return will not be processed. If you register the return later within 14 days, your return will be processed. If it falls outside the 14 days, we can no longer process your package.

How long do I have to return my order?

14 days after receiving your package. Once you have registered the return (you do not have to wait for a response from us), you can send the package.

What happens once I return my order?

When your package has been delivered to us, your return will be assessed. We will send you a message when the return package has been processed by us and you can expect your money.

You will then be credited with the full order amount of the returned items. Shipping costs will not be credited.

In case of a complete return, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

How long does it take before I get my purchase price back?

As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount within 14 hours days back. We may wait to refund until we have received the return. The amount will be credited back to the account used to pay.

What are the costs for returning my order?

Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

Return costs Klarna.

If your order has been paid with Klarna and it is returned, we charge €1.25 in processing costs. These are KLARNA 's return costs, which we also charge for returns.

Which products cannot I return?

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

We do not accept returns if:

  • The items have been worn
  • The items smell of smoke, food or perfume.
  • Washed items.
  • Be careful with makeup! We do not accept returns on items with make-up stains.
  • We receive your return shipment too late

For hygienic reasons, these products are excluded from our returns service:

  • Hair accessories
  • Jewellery
  • Shapewear
  • Socks and tights
  • Swimwear

The following products are also excluded from our returns service:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift vouchers and cards.
  • Live sale products and the mega discount promotion!

I provided an incorrect delivery address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Some other important information about a return:

  • You are always responsible for a return shipment. Always keep the track and trace code of your return package until you have received confirmation from us that your return has arrived in good order.
  • If the track and trace indicates that we have received your return shipment, it may take up to 14 working days before your return is processed.
